Jongyun Jung

Jongyun Jung is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University since August 2022, pursuing a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Biomedical Informatics. Previously, Jongyun served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Nevada Institute of Personalized Medicine from June 2019 to August 2022 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato from January 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included teaching College Algebra and Elementary Statistics. Jongyun's career began as a Secondary Data Analyst at IMS Health from July 2013 to December 2015, where contributions included developing business intelligence tools using SQL and managing data operations with Excel macros and VBA. Jongyun holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato, alongside a Certificate in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
