Katryna Martin

Katryna Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and has extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as HR Director and Chief Diversity Officer in the Office of Advancement at The Ohio State University since June 2012, Katryna previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Red Roof Inn from September 2007 to June 2012. In this role, Katryna managed human resources policies, recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with legal regulations across multiple hotel properties. Earlier experience includes working in human resources at Mount Carmel Health System from May 2002 to August 2007.
