Michelle Palm

Michelle Palm has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at The Old Fort Banking Company since September 2018. Prior roles include Recruiting Specialist & Training Coordinator at National Machinery (2013-2018) and Recruitment Coordinator at MJ Recruiters, LLC (2011-2012), where responsibilities involved employment verification and managing recruitment processes. Michelle also worked at Heidelberg University from 2001 to 2009 as an Administrative Assistant and Perkins Loan Officer. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Management and Office Administration from Terra State Community College and a recent completion of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
