Harriet Mackie

Harriet Mackie is the current Director of Producing at The Old Vic. Harriet has previously worked as a Senior Producer at the Royal Lyceum Theatre and West Yorkshire Playhouse, a Producer at Watford Palace Theatre, and a Creative Producer and Programmer at The Theatre Chipping Norton and The Mill Banbury. Harriet has also worked as a Production Assistant at INevents Oxford, an Events Coordinator at CIAO! Festival, and a Project Manager at Northern Actors Centre. Prior to that, they were an Assistant to the Artistic Director and Project Manager at Performane Link Ltd. and an Assistant Producer and Production Manager at En Masse Children's Theatre Company.

Harriet Mackie's educational career began at Lancaster Girls' Grammar School. Harriet then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Film and Theatre from the University of Reading.

Harriet Mackie reports to Laura Stevenson, Executive Director. They work with Helen Hodge - Associate Director of Special Projects, Panni Kanyuk - Head of Individual Giving, and Jennifer Fordham - Corporate Training Programme Director. Magid El-Bushra - Digital Content Producer, Saffeya Shebli - Casting Assistant, and Debbie Farquhar - Associate Producer report to Harriet Mackie.
