Anuj Rawat

Anuj Rawat is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on beverage service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Bartender at The Olive Tree Group since August 2022, Anuj specializes in crafting a variety of drinks, cocktails, and mocktails. Prior to this role, Anuj worked at The Pride Hotels, India, where positions included F&B Executive and Senior Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and team motivation skills. Additional experience includes roles such as Captain at ITC Fortune and Senior GSA at Pride Plaza and Clarks Inn Group of Hotels. Anuj began a career in hospitality as a GSA at ITC Limited. Anuj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Dehradun Inderprasth Nehru Academy, completed in 2017.
