Thomas Dowley

Thomas Dowley is currently serving as the Lead Age Group Coach at Burlingame Aquatic Club since April 2023. Prior to this position, Thomas held the role of Aquatics Manager at The Olympic Club. Thomas completed a degree at the University of California, Berkeley, from August 2009 to December 2021.
