Holly Hicks has been working at The Omni Homestead since February 2009, starting as a server at 1766 Grille and progressing through various roles to their current position as Assistant Director of Spa. Along with managing the Warm Springs Pools and front office, Holly has also worked as a Spa Operations Manager, Recreation Manager, and Exercise Physiologist. Prior to joining The Omni Homestead, Holly worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Bath Community Rehab & Wellness. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University and a Career Studies Certificate in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Mountain Gateway Community College. Holly graduated from Covington High School in 2002.
