Luke Blackburn has experience as a Help Desk Specialist at KITS since December 2014, where Luke handles Voip installs and support, IT support, and various other tasks. Prior to their current role, Luke worked as a Help Desk Tech at The One Point since January 2013 and was recently promoted to a Technical Support Manager. Their responsibilities include taking calls for a wide range of support services such as remote IT support, site visits, and Voip support. Luke attended Endeavor High School for their education.
