Jon Holland

Jon Holland is an experienced professional in the tech and recruitment industries, currently serving as Associate Director of Web and Digital at The Onset since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading Software Engineering and Digital practices, particularly in scaling JavaScript teams. Previously, Jon held various roles at ISL Talent from November 2014 to November 2022, including Managing Consultant and Client Services Manager, focusing on engagement strategies, AI and automation advocacy, and community building within the tech sector. Additionally, Jon co-founded Tech Collective to support technology leaders. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at Mabey Hire Ltd, where skills in contract negotiation and project design were developed. Jon's educational background includes studies at the City of Bristol from 2012 to 2014.
