Charlotte McClay

Charlotte McClay has extensive experience in customer service, primarily serving as the Head of Customer Service in multiple companies. Charlotte'swork experience includes roles at The Oodie, Magic Princess, Bubpods, Pupnaps, Babymats, Swished, ZoeTech, Thiicky, and Calming Blankets. Charlotte founded their own company, The Collective Lotte, in 2023. Charlotte'srole as Head of Customer Service began in November 2020 and has continued uninterrupted.

Charlotte McClay attended Flight Centre Business School starting in 2015, studying Tourism and Travel Services Management.
