Miki Welch

Miki Welch currently serves as the Nursing Manager at Northwest Specialty Hospital since January 2023. Miki is also the Owner of Nexus Life Coaching and Lexus Life Coaching LLC, as well as a Certified Oola Life Coach with The Oola Life Coaching Network, roles held since December 2021 and January 2022, respectively. Prior to these positions, Miki worked as an Oncology Nurse at Providence from February 2022 to January 2023 and held the title of Nurse Manager of Employee Health & Wellness at Kootenai Health from August 2011 to June 2021.
