Roby Freireich

Roby Freireich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roby started their career at ACG Green Group in 1996, where they served as the President, COO, and Head of US and International Sales. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in driving the growth of the company and was responsible for constructing and executing worldwide sales and distribution strategies. Roby also led product development efforts and streamlined the daily operations of the China importer and distributor.

In 2007, Roby joined The Operating Room as the Managing Director, serving as the COO and CFO. Roby has been a key figure in overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the company.

In 2019, Roby worked as a Turnaround Strategy Consultant at Head West, Inc. Roby was involved in implementing strategies to revive the company and improve its overall performance.

Throughout their career, Roby has demonstrated their expertise in sales and operations management, strategic planning, and executing growth strategies.

Roby Freireich's education history includes pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management at the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
