Theresa De Foiard Brown, CPHR, CHRL, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Program Manager at Oppy since March 2021, Theresa has previously held positions as a Human Resources Consultant at the College of Nurses of Ontario and as a Human Resources Generalist at BC College of Nurses and Midwives, among others.
