Tawni Turcotte Shannon, CRS-DC, has a diverse background in resource management, event security, and advocacy. Currently serving as the 211 Maine Resource Manager at The Opportunity Alliance since January 2019, Tawni oversees the 211 Maine Resource Directory, ensuring high-quality resource information and supervising a team of Database Curators.
