C.H. McCray's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2008, they worked at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village &Spa, starting as an entry-level front desk associate and rising to the position of Operations Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Senior Marketing Executive at JoXspot, Inc. They then joined Ardensway where they worked as a Senior Corporate Sales Trainer from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to Initium Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Sales Trainer. In 2017, they became the President & CEO of The Optimus Consultant Group. They also worked at Amazon as a National Program Consultant - Keys for Business from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are a REALTOR® & Real Estate Consultant at Real. In 2023, they will be joining PATHWAY TEAM Real Estate as a Team Lead.
