Heather Morin

Heather Morin possesses extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as Benefits and Leave Coordinator at The Opus Group® since March 2020. Previously, Heather worked at Living Well Disability Services for seven years, focusing on payroll and benefits management for a large non-profit organization, where notable projects included the integration of ADP software. Prior to that, Heather held roles at Lindquist & Vennum and Wizmo Inc., gaining expertise in employee benefits administration, recruitment, and HRIS implementation. Heather received education from the University of Iowa, equipping with the foundational skills for a successful career in human resources.
