Jaclyn Bertsch

Jaclyn Bertsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and client management, currently serving as a Strategy and Business Operations Consultant at The Orchard since 2011. In this role, Jaclyn focuses on business operations, integrations, change management, and client experience. Prior positions include SVP of Global Client Management and Integration at The Orchard, Product Manager and Marketing and Sales Manager at ATO Records/Red Light Management, and various roles at RED Distribution, including Director of Marketing and Label Management. Jaclyn began a career in media at WRSU-FM Rutgers Radio as Co-GM, Program Director, and Promotions Director. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Journalism and Media Studies/Sociology from Rutgers University.
