Mpumi Phillips

Mpumi Phillips has a diverse range of work experience in the music industry. In 2002, they started as a Label Manager at Ghetto Ruff and served in that role until 2009. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Sheer Publishing, where they held the position of Creative Commercial Music and was responsible for music placement and supervision for movies, television, and advertisements. In 2021, Mpumi Phillips joined The Orchard as the Director of Distribution.

Mpumi Phillips attended Venice High School from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their diploma. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Business Psychology from Cal State Los Angeles from 1997 to 1999.
