Nicolò Picchioni

Nicolò Picchioni has a diverse work experience in the music industry. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Artist First, starting as an Audio Content Manager and Promotion and later promoted to A&R Manager. In their role as A&R Manager, they were responsible for scouting emerging artists and labels, developing signed artists and labels, setting strategies and plans, and coordinating teams for releases. Nicolò worked with various artists and labels during this time.

Prior to that, from February to May 2019, Nicolò worked as a Music Editor at Artwave.it, where they wrote review articles and conducted in-depth studies for the music section of the publication.

Currently, Nicolò is working at The Orchard as a Label and Artist Services Manager, starting in April 2023.

From 2018 to 2019, Nicolò Picchioni pursued a Master post-laurea in Comunicazione Musicale at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
