Tevaar Smith

Tevaar Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career at Tower Loan as a Financial Management Trainee in 2012. They then worked as a Substitute Teacher for Kelly Services from February 2013 to August 2014. From October 2013 to August 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. They also worked as a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist at Harrah's Gulf Coast from June 2014 to June 2015. In November 2015, Tevaar worked as an Office Administrative Assistant(Temp) at AR New York-Publicis Groupe until February 2016. From August 2016 to May 2017, they worked as a Customer Experience Coordinator at Blue Apron. In June 2017, they joined TuneCore as an Artist Support Specialist and worked until October 2018. Tevaar then co-founded the Southern Mississippi Entertainment Conference in October 2018, which is currently ongoing. They have also worked at The Orchard in various roles, including Manager, Label Management from October 2018 to June 2022, Associate Director, Label Management from June 2022 to February 2023, and currently, as the Director, Artist & Label Partnerships since February 2023.

Tevaar Smith completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in the years 2008-2010. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi, graduating in the years 2010-2012.
