Anastasiya Fielden is an accomplished Training and Development Manager at The Oregon Clinic since January 2018, where leadership of the Center for Learning focuses on enhancing clinical competencies, professional training, and leadership development, alongside overseeing a new learning management system. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Global Leadership Development at Nike, where Anastasiya designed development experiences and training sessions for Global Operations and Technology teams. As Program Manager for Executive MBA programs at the Haslam College of Business, Anastasiya expanded student outreach and measured program ROI. A partnership with the Tennessee Assessment Center and Executive MBA programs focused on leadership development needs, while earlier contributions at the Center for Literacy, Education, and Employment involved identifying training gaps and managing outreach programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, alongside studies at Donetsk National University.
