Kristin Cole

Kristin Cole has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources and account management. Kristin started their career as an Account Executive at AT&T in 1989 and worked there for four years. In 1995, they joined Siltronic AG as a Sr. HR Generalist until 2001. Since then, they have been serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Oregon Clinic, one of the largest specialty medicine practices in the country. In this role, Kristin is responsible for managing a team of 500 employees and overseeing various medical and surgical specialties. Kristin has played a crucial role in the growth and success of the clinic, which now has over 200 providers spanning multiple locations across Oregon and Washington.

Kristin Cole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their education from 1985 to 1989.
