Rebecca Bibleheimer

Rebecca Bibleheimer is a seasoned professional in charitable gift planning, currently serving as a Senior Complex Gifts Officer at The Oregon Community Foundation since July 2019. In this role, Rebecca offers expertise in assisting donors with their philanthropic goals, specializing in various gift vehicles and the use of non-cash assets for charitable contributions. Prior to this position, Rebecca was a Vice President at US Bank Charitable Services Group from September 2005 to July 2019 and worked as an attorney at Hanna Strader from August 2003 to September 2005. Rebecca holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Florida's Fredric G.
