Scott Stearns is an experienced professional in strategic account management and client solutions, currently serving as a Partner at The Orientation Company since November 2024. Prior to this role, Stearns held the position of Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions from June 2022 to September 2024. Stearns also served as VP of Client Solutions at EHE Health between April 2020 and October 2021. At Willis Towers Watson, from 1998 until July 2019, Stearns held dual roles as Global Client Relationship Director/Business Developer and Consultant. Earlier in the career, Stearns worked as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates from 1988 to 1996. Stearns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Marquette University, completing studies in 1988.
