Antonio Ortega-Fuentes

Antonio Ortega-Fuentes is an experienced banquet bartender and mixologist with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Vdara Hotel & Spa and M Resort Spa Casino since September 2021 and July 2019 respectively, Antonio has also worked at The Orleans Hotel & Casino and previously held positions at Drybar, Simon Event Group, ARIA Resort & Casino, Silverton Casino, and Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Education includes certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Southern Glaziers Wine and Spirits, BarSmarts Advanced, and USBG, complemented by a G.E.D. from Truckee Meadows Community College.
