David Ortiz

David Ortiz began their work experience in 1999 as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, a role they held until 2023. In 2012, they joined RHA Inc as the Director of the Energy Assistance Savings Program for PG&E. In 2015, Ortiz became the Principal of The Ortiz Group, where they are currently employed.

David Ortiz holds a Master of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Strategic Studies degree from The United States Army War College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Adams State University.
