Vinesh Khatwa

Vinesh Khatwa has extensive work experience in the hospitality and recruitment industries. Vinesh is currently the Head of Talent at The Other House, a position they assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at The Generate Group from October 2019 onwards. Vinesh also held the role of Recruitment Manager at Sessions from May 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they were the Recruitment Manager at Warner Leisure Hotels from September 2021 to March 2022. Vinesh's earlier experience includes roles at The Urban Partnership, Eureka Executive Search, Michael Page, The Alphabet Bar Ltd, Selfridges, and Novus. Overall, their experience spans various roles in recruitment and management in the hospitality industry.

Vinesh Khatwa attended Langley Grammar School from 1993 to 1998, where they completed 4 A-Levels. Following this, they enrolled at Swansea University from 1998 to 2001, majoring in Geography and Topographic Science and obtaining a 2:2 degree.
