Marie Kiepura

Marie Kiepura possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various industries. At Edelman, Marie served as Global Head of Talent Management and Senior Vice President of Global Talent, leading initiatives that fostered employee growth and aligned talent programs with business objectives across 60 global locations. Prior to Edelman, Marie worked as a Consultant at Mercer, developing robust client relationships and supporting Fortune 500 companies. Marie also held significant roles at Veolia North America, including Senior Director of Talent Integration and Mobility, where strategic HR functions were established for a workforce of 8,000 employees. Earlier career experiences include managing global employer services at Deloitte Tax and human capital initiatives at Ernst & Young. Marie holds an MBA in Operations Management and Strategy from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in English & Communications from The University of Toledo.
