Gwen Shapard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Trinity University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Community & Regional Planning at The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Gwen Shapard obtained a certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management in May 2021.
