Cheryl Shepherd

Cheryl Shepherd, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Bowen Center since May 2016, Cheryl has also held positions as Human Resources Manager at The Bowen Center and Employment and Compensation Specialist at Grace College & Seminary. Earlier in their career, Cheryl worked as Human Resource Manager at Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services. Cheryl holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, from the same institution.
