Oliver Rands

Oliver Rands is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Sales Manager at Outdoor Gear Exchange since June 2022. In this role, Oliver manages daily operations, supports staff, and utilizes strong problem-solving skills. Previously, Oliver held positions as Retail Sales Supervisor and Senior Sales Associate, where a deep understanding of products and customer experience was developed. Oliver also has experience as a Work Study Student with the UVM Ski & Snowboard Club, providing support and information to members, and completed a summer internship at Common Roots, assisting with sales of fresh produce. Oliver began a career in skiing instruction at ORDA/Belleayre Mountain, teaching lessons to a wide age range. Oliver earned a degree in Natural Resources, Resource Ecology from the University of Vermont in 2023.
