Maria Ferraguto

Retail and Community Associate at The Outrage

Maria Ferraguto has a diverse range of work experience in various educational and cultural institutions. Maria has recently worked as a Retail and Community Associate at The Outrage. Prior to that, they served as an Instructor at SPARK business academy and an Exhibit Educator at the National Museum of Natural History.

Maria also has experience as a Museum Educator at the National Children's Museum and as an Intern/Contract Educator at the National Museum of the American Indian. Maria further enhanced their skills as a Visual Resources Specialist at The George Washington University and as a Costumed Educator at the Old North Church Historic Site.

Additionally, Maria has served as a Docent at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and as an Education Intern/Dance Instructor at the Greater Boston Stage Company, where they researched, developed, and implemented dance curriculum for campers.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Corps Member at Jumpstart, where they researched, developed, and implemented classroom activities for children aged 3-5. Overall, Maria Ferraguto has a strong background in education and has gained valuable experience in both museum and academic settings.

Maria Ferraguto earned a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from The George Washington University. Maria attended from 2016 to 2019. Subsequently, Maria pursued a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies, attending the same university from 2019 to 2021.
