Donna Bradley Sphr, Shrm - Scp

Donna Bradley, SPHR, SHRM - SCP is currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Benefits at The Overlook. Donna has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources, including previous roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Chief of Human Resources, Interim. Donna also has a background in organizing HR conferences, having served as the MA State Conference Co-chair for Tri State HR Conference from 2006 to 2017. Prior to their current role, Donna held the position of VP of Human Resources at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts, Inc. Donna holds a Masters degree in Human Service Management from Worcester State University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College.
