Caroline Taylor has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Caroline is currently the Managing Director at The Oxford Group, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Client Solutions & Innovation from 2020 to 2022 and as the Head of Accelerating Talent Development, Principal Consultant, and Executive Coach from 2018 to 2020.
Before joining The Oxford Group, Caroline worked at EBRD as the Director of Talent Management from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing talent management strategies and processes.
Caroline also gained experience at BG Group, where they served as the Head of Talent from 2012 to 2014 and as the Leadership Development Manager from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an OD Consultant and Executive Coach at Credenza from 2006 to 2011.
Earlier in their career, Caroline worked at BP as an Organizational Development Consultant from 2001 to 2006. Caroline also served as a Change Manager at The Walt Disney Company from 2000 to 2001 and as a Development & Training Consultant at Oracle from 1996 to 2000.
Caroline Taylor completed their education with a Mastery in Professional Coaching from Middlesex University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from the University of Reading between 1999 and 2002. Their undergraduate degree in Psychology, a BSc, was earned from the University of Hertfordshire from 1990 to 1993.
