Claudia Raffo

Claudia Raffo is an accomplished leadership coach with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and intercultural training. Currently serving as an Intelligent Leadership Coach at John Mattone Global, Inc. since February 2025, Claudia contributes to significant leadership development projects for top-level executives. In addition to this role, Claudia has been a Global Senior Consultant, Coach & Facilitator at The Oxford Group since July 2013, and an Intercultural and Diversity Coach at Cultural Awareness International, Inc. since August 2009. Claudia also acts as a Guest Lecturer at Stockholm University of the Arts and has facilitated workshops for Development Beyond Learning (DBL) in Latin America. With a diverse educational background in organizational development, coaching, and transformational learning, Claudia has dedicated a career to fostering high-performance cultures and empowering leaders in various multinational organizations.
