Dilpazier Aslam

Dilpazier Aslam has gained extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Dilpazier is currently working as a Learning and Development Manager at City & Guilds since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Curation and Learning Technology Lead at The Oxford Group starting from October 2020, along with being a Senior Learning Designer & Curator since June 2019. Dilpazier has also worked at Kineo as an Instructional Designer, where they eventually became the Lead Instructional Designer and then the Senior Instructional Designer from February 2013 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Content Marketing Executive at CPL Industries from September 2012 to February 2013. Dilpazier gained experience as a Web Content Editor at learndirect Limited from June 2008 to June 2012. Dilpazier also worked at the Children's Workforce Development Council as a Publication Officer for a 4-month contract in 2007, where they were responsible for the transition of government publications and policies to the council, stakeholder engagement, and writing/editing/proofreading copy for publications and the website. Dilpazier started their career as an E-communications Officer at Sheffield City Council where they managed the council's website and intranet and handled internal communications from July 2006 to January 2007.

Dilpazier Aslam completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in English and Journalism from Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Journalism from The University of Sheffield. Dilpazier Aslam also obtained various certifications, including a Diploma in Transformational Coaching - EMCC Accredited from Catalyst 14 Ltd (expected in 2023), an EMCC Practitioner Coach certification from EMCC Global (November 2023), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (April 2022). Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Facilitator: ExperienceInnovation™ | Learn from ExperiencePoint (2022) and Introduction to Digital Facilitation from Howspace (2021). Dilpazier Aslam has also acquired other certifications in fields like Arabic language, coaching, leadership, customer service, and wellbeing promotion.
