Sophie Andre

Sophie Andre is an experienced HR Consultant and Senior Consultant with expertise in organizational transition, strategy deployment, learning and development, and team building. Currently freelancing at SOF Exception since July 2007, Sophie also serves as a consultant for The Myers-Briggs Company and The Oxford Group. With a background as a psychotherapist, Sophie utilizes person-centered approaches and various therapeutic methods to support individuals and groups facing challenges such as anxiety and trauma. Previous roles at Procter & Gamble included Senior Organization Excellence Manager and Corporate Recruiting Manager, where significant contributions were made to recruitment strategies and learning initiatives across Europe. Sophie's educational credentials include an MBA in Organization from ICN Business School and a DESS in IT and Organization. Qualifications as a practitioner in MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF, and TKI enhance Sophie's coaching and training capabilities in both English and French.
