Ian Baron is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Head of Investments at ISL Capital since September 2017, where the focus is on UK real estate with an emphasis on long-dated income. In addition to this role, Ian Baron is the Founder of Gifted Ventures, the first seed fund dedicated to investing in neurodiverse founders and enhancing accessibility and sustainability. Ian Baron has also taken on investment and advisory roles with various companies, including Fussy, Neat., Pickles, Fanbase, THIS, Heights, Lick, and THE PACK. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
