Austin Barrington

Austin Barrington is a Project Delivery Manager at The Palladium Group, specializing in project management for USAID-funded programs in Rwanda and Indonesia since May 2021. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Fellow role at the National Association of Development Organizations, where Austin collected and analyzed data, assisted with grant research, and managed publications from February 2020 to April 2021. Austin also served as a Business Development Manager at Barrington Behavioral Health LLC, handling various organizational tasks from July 2017 to August 2019, and taught 8th Grade Reading at STEM Preparatory Academy from October 2015 to May 2017. Early roles included a Program Assistant at Camp Sandy Cove and a Warehouse Assembly Worker at Powell Electronics. Austin holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Dickinson College.
