Bill Nickerson

Bill Nickerson is an experienced professional in the mortgage industry, having held various senior positions including Senior Loan Advisor at Flagstar Bank and Senior Loan Officer at multiple firms such as Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and Mortgage Financial. Bill also served as Branch Manager for Merrimack Mortgage Company and held the position of Vice President/Branch Manager at Mortgage Network. Prior to this, Bill was the President and Owner of Emerson Lending Company, a small mortgage brokerage in Acton, MA. Since August 2005, Bill has participated in the Pan-Mass Challenge as a cyclist and fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. Additionally, Bill has been involved in B2B networking with Friends of Kevin since February 2011, focusing on personalized business development solutions. Bill's community involvement includes serving on the Board of Assessors for the Town of Littleton from January 2002 to May 2005.
