Tom Morrill

Tom Morrill is a seasoned Senior Program Manager holding PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SA, ITIL certifications and an MBA. Currently, Morrill leads the Panum Group's support for the TSA's Technology Infrastructure Modernization Program, focusing on Agile software development metrics and acquisition processes since April 2018. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Miracle Systems and Citizant, where Morrill supported TSA's Office of Information Technology and business architecture initiatives. Beginning a career in 1994 at Unisys, Morrill progressed through various managerial positions, contributing to significant contracts and business development efforts. Educationally, Morrill holds a Bachelor's of Sciences in Transportation/Mobility Management from Syracuse University and an MBA from Clarkson University.
