Brian Struss currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Parallax Group, a role initiated in August 2023, focusing on enhancing hospitality experiences through authentic relationship-building. Prior to this position, Brian held multiple leadership roles at Maritz Global Events from 2001 to 2023, including Director of Event Management Talent & Optimization Strategy and Director of Operations. Earlier in the career, Brian contributed as the Director of National Operations at Event Transportation Associates, Inc., and has a foundational background in project management and travel account management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Truman State University.
