James C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Parker Company since October 2022, James previously held the position of Director of IT at The Cardy Group from September 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, James worked at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Room Service Server, responsible for mini bar operations, and contributed as an intern at FRHI Hotels & Resorts where James organized the 2014 General Managers Conference and reformed the Royal Service department across multiple hotels. James also assisted in opening Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and gained operational experience at Hotel D'Aubusson. James holds a degree from George Brown College.
