As the Founder and CEO of THINKTHRU, Jason Soar leads a consulting practice that revolutionizes grocery store design. Previously, at Sainsbury's, Jason Soar held various key positions, including spearheading the 'Store of the Future Transformation' initiative and leading the UK's first on-demand grocery delivery service, 'Chop Chop.' Additional roles at Sainsbury's included overseeing the development of an automated micro fulfillment center and managing the eCommerce network and fulfillment strategy.
