Mark Persily

Mark Persily is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of commercial contracting, intellectual property, privacy, and employment law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at The Pasha Group since April 2019, Mark provides legal support across various business units and the human resources department. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Marqeta, Inc., where Mark managed a range of legal matters in the payments processing sector, and Chief Product and Integrated Payments Counsel at Vantiv, overseeing the commercial contracting process for its integrated payments division. Mark also held positions as General Counsel for Element Payment Services, Senior Counsel at Pay By Touch, Corporate Counsel at InterCept Payment Solutions, and Associate Counsel at MCI. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
