Richard C Coleman has a diverse work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Starting in 2002, they served as the Director of Logistics Services at Hub Group and later moved on to become the Logistics Manager at Campbell Hausfeld in 2004. In 2007, they worked as the Director of Supply Chain at Old Dominion Freight Line. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Senior Transportation Supply Chain Consultant at Brooks International, where they played a crucial role in reducing transportation operating ratios. Following this, they joined One World Logistics of America, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Transportation, where they led a trucking company to support inbound transportation for Honda Motor manufacturing plants. In 2015, they became the Director of SCM Transportation at Benore Logistic Systems, Inc., overseeing profit and loss, transportation operations, logistics engineering, and sales for the automotive and manufacturing sector. Most recently, in 2020, they assumed the role of Vice President of Enterprise Transportation at The Pasha Group.

Richard C Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Thomas More University from 1996 to 1998. Richard C then attended the University of Denver from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Master's degree in Intermodal Transportation. In addition, they also obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute in April 2005.
