Victor Garcia is a seasoned business owner with extensive experience in both home inspection and quality engineering. Currently, Victor operates The Patch Boys, a drywall patching service established in January 2023, which fills a gap in the market for small repair jobs. Prior to this venture, Victor was a Franchise Owner and Certified Home Inspector at Pillar to Post Home Inspectors from June 2016 to February 2023, contributing to the company’s reputation as a leading home inspection service in North America. Victor's background also includes roles as a Quality Engineer at Captiva Spine and 3D Medical Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with FDA requirements and managing quality assurance processes. Earlier experience at Office Depot involved product engineering and store planning. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida.
