Leticia Longoria-Navarro

As Executive Director at The Pathfinder Network, Leticia partners with agency team members to provide leadership, vision, community, and support to the organization to ensure our greatest impact on the communities we serve. Her favorite part of the role is co-creating and implementing services and programming across community and corrections settings that holistically support systems-impacted individuals and their families. Her goal is to ensure TPN and our staff are fully supported and resourced to consistently deliver responsively high quality, and high impact support, programming, and services.

Longoria-Navarro began her tenure at TPN in 2010 as a group facilitator working in various Oregon Department of Corrections facilities. She went on to work as a Parole and Probation Officer and Lead Parole and Probation Officer with Multnomah County for five years where she was awarded the honor of Line Officer of the Year by the American Parole and Probation Association and Parole and Probation Officer of the Year by the state of Oregon in 2015. Longoria-Navarro re-joined TPN in 2016 as Director of Training and Programs. She was promoted to Associate Executive Director in 2017 and has served as the organization’s Executive Director since July 2020.

Leticia has worked in education and social services, institutions, community corrections, and the nonprofit sector as an advocate, practitioner, trainer, coach, and leader. At TPN, she has successfully conceptualized, developed, and implemented numerous innovative programs, curriculums, and training responsive to the emergent needs in the field. One of her greatest accomplishments at TPN is the redesign and implementation of the Program of HOPE (Healing Opportunities, Promoting Empowerment), a one-of-a-kind gender and trauma-responsive treatment program for women who are incarcerated. Before its closure, the Program of HOPE served over 250 women on their journey to healing and recovery.

Leticia is a driving force in the agency’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice efforts and is a founding member of TPN’s first employee resource group, the Staff of Color affinity group. She is the first executive leader of color in TPN’s history and the first with lived experience of parental and family criminal justice system involvement.

Outside of work, the thing that is most important to Leticia is family–born and chosen. Leticia loves to learn and support others to learn, and enjoys reading, listening to music, good food, and traveling.
