Ezgi Kendir

Ezgi Kendir currently serves as a Guest Experience Executive at The Peninsula Hotels since January 2023, where responsibilities include acting as the main guest liaison and managing check-in and check-out procedures. Prior to this role, Ezgi was a Butler Service Desk Agent at The St. Regis Istanbul from April 2022 to December 2022, delivering personalized service to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction in line with St. Regis standards. Ezgi is pursuing an Associate's degree in Turizm ve Seyahat Hizmetleri Yönetimi at Istanbul University, expected to be completed in June 2026.
