Susan Weber has extensive experience in health care leadership, primarily in hospice and home health services. Currently serving as the Lead Hospice Compliance Partner at Pennant Services since March 2020, Susan previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Nursing Officer at Center of Illinois Home Healthcare and Chief Compliance Officer at Agape Hospice & Palliative Care. In earlier positions, Susan co-founded The Aspen Group, providing expert consulting services, and conducted accreditation surveys with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. Additional roles encompass Chief Operating Officer at Aspire Home Care and Director of Professional Services at Life Care At Home Of Colorado. Susan's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Front Range Community College.
